Picks mirror files for a voice from a Hugging Face tree listing.
The mirror stores <basename>.onnx (basenames already ending in .onnx
become *.onnx.onnx) flat at the mirror dir root, plus <that>.json.
Matching is stem-based so both single and double extensions resolve.
Parameters

Mirror subdirectory (prefix to strip).

Catalog .onnx basename (for example, en_US-bobby-medium.onnx).
